Before you start, you might ask
How is Ricordax different from a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet doesn't fetch rates, it's awkward to use on a phone, and it can't tell you who changed what. Here rates are saved every day, important changes stay in the activity log, and recording an expense takes three taps.
What happens to my data if my subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your ledger goes read-only: you can see and download it, but recording and editing are locked. Renew and everything opens again immediately.
How many people can use one ledger?
That depends on your plan; each plan's number of members is on the pricing page. Members pay nothing themselves; the ledger's owner pays.
Where do the rates come from?
Iranian-market and world currency rates are fetched automatically every day and saved on each transaction. If a day has no rate, the latest available one is used and labelled "rate from N days ago", and the owner can also type a rate by hand.
Can I have both a personal and a business ledger?
Yes, with the same account. Each app has its own subscription and plan, and in the business app you can create several separate businesses, up to your plan's limit.
How do I pay?
The payment methods that are switched on (for example card transfer, a bank gateway or crypto) are shown at checkout. Your card details never reach our servers.
