1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Ricordax you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, don't use the service.
2. The service
Ricordax is two apps: a personal and family accounting ledger, and a business accounting ledger; both multi-currency. The service is a tool for recording and reporting your financial information and is not financial, investment, audit or tax advice.
3. Your account
- The information you give when you register must be correct.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes safe.
- Anything done from your account is recorded as done by you.
- If you notice unauthorised access, tell us at once.
4. Subscription and payment
- Every new ledger has a free trial; its length is stated on the pricing page and when you register.
- Each plan's price and limits are on the pricing page and may change; a change in price does not affect a period you have already paid for.
- After the trial or a subscription ends your access becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted in that state, and renewing restores everything.
- Renewing early adds to the end of the current period. When you change plan, the time left on the old plan is moved to the new one by the daily price of the two.
- The refund terms will be finalised in this section.
5. Your data
The financial data you enter is yours. At any time you can download a full copy of it and delete your account. How data is kept and processed is described on the privacy page.
6. Acceptable use
Using the service for illegal activity, trying to reach other users' data, or disrupting the service is prohibited and leads to suspension of the account.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may be taken offline briefly for maintenance.
8. Rates and the value of assets
Currency, gold and crypto rates come from outside sources and are for information only. Their accuracy, timeliness or fitness for trading is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". You are responsible for your financial decisions and for any losses that result from them.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app before they apply.
