What a business needs

From the first invoice to the tax report

In Iran, contracts in gold are common. Here an invoice can be issued in mesghal too, and its balance stays in that unit: a debt in gold remains a debt in gold.

Invoices, quotes and bills

Separate numbering for each fiscal year, drafts until the moment you issue, a print template with your logo and stamp, and a public link to view an invoice.

Customers and suppliers

A file for each counterparty, balances and due dates, and every payment in and out at a glance.

Items and stock

Stock levels, stock movements and cost; a sale takes from stock and a purchase adds to it.

Cheques and due dates

A ledger of received and issued cheques with due-date reminders, so none slips by.

Reports and overdue receivables

Sales, purchases, estimated profit and the age of debts (30, 60, 90 days), with exports.

Tax authority and accountant

Send invoices to the Iranian tax authority (Moadian) and give your accountant a ready workbook for the books and tax.

From start to first invoice

Three steps to an invoice

  1. 1

    Create your business

Give a name, a country and a main currency; tax rates, numbering and templates are ready and can be changed later.

  2. 2

Add a customer and an item

Make a draft, issue it, and send the customer a link or a PDF.

  3. 3

    Record payments and run reports

Each payment attaches to its invoice and overdue receivables show up on their own.

FAQ

About the business app

Can I run more than one business?

Yes; each business is its own ledger and all of them are reachable from one sign-in. Your plan sets how many.

Can my accountant sign in too?

Yes; you add them with an invite link and decide their access. An accountant pays nothing for your books.

Can I invoice in another currency?

Yes; you can issue any invoice in any currency, even gold, and the totals are shown in the business's main currency.

What happens if my subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your ledger goes read-only, and renewing opens everything again at once.
